They fit into all shoes and give you the best possible performance, they are trimmable, so if your size is out, get one size up and trim with scissors, line up the stock insole on top of kingfoam insole and trim toe to fit. Kingfoam is used by world class athletes, these insoles were used for the biggest drop in the history of skateboarding by Jaws Homoki on the Lyon 25 stair set.
